Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@triadvault.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please mention this in your return request email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items without original tags or packaging, items showing signs of use or wear, and items purchased during final sale promotions.
